Exchange between Welsh Language Initiatives

Exchange trips have been organised between Menter Iaith Cwm Gwendraeth, Menter Iaith Gorllewin Sir Gar a Menter Iaith Conwy.
A group came up from Menter Iaith Cwm Gwendraeth and Menter Iaith Gorllewin Sir Gar as part of the exchange programme which is funded by Mentrau Iaith Cymru through a grant from the Millennium Stadium fund. They stayed at Caban Gerlan in Bethesda for two nights getting to know the local people and having good food from Caffi Seren.
The first morning they were off mountain biking on the Marin track near Llanrwst. Everybody had a good time, and ready for another good supper in the evening.
The next day we went to Ynys Mon to surf at Rhosneigr. Nearly everybody managed to stand up on their boards.
This was a good project and everybody enjoyed and mixed with the local people and got to know another part of Wales and what it has to offer. We hope to do something similar soon.
